100% Satisfaction Guarantee – If you aren't delighted with our service in any way, you may cancel within 60 days of the service start date and recieve a prorated refund. If you recieve any production and are not 100% satisfied with the voice talent or music, we will re-create the production for you complimentary.

Copywriting – All of our copywriters are degreed professionals (Journalism, English, or related field) and are experts at researching and developing on hold scripts. We turn around scripts within 3 business days, and we edit scripts to your satisfaction. We do not move forward with voicing until you are 100% satisfied with your script.

Production Update Reminders – With Commercials On Hold, you don’t have to worry about whether it’s time for a new production. Our friendly staff of copywriters will contact you at regular intervals determined by your level of service. Of course, you may always contact us sooner, should you be ready to make changes to your messages.

Voicing - Our lineup of voice talent consists of broadcast professionals both in-house and in major markets around the country. We guarantee accurate voicing and correct pronunciations. In the rare case that there is a voicing mistake, we will prioritize a re-voicing session and make the correction at no charge.

Overnight Equipment Replacement - For our full service clients, if a furnished digital player malfunctions, call us by 2 p.m. EST and a replacement player will be shipped ‘Overnight’ at no additional charge. For our international clients, rest assured we will expedite delivery. A call tag will be included for you to return ship the malfunctioning player.

Four-Year Warranty – For those who purchase equipment from us, we only recommend the very best technology available in our industry, so you can rest assured you will receive equipment that you can depend on year after year. A 4 year warranty is included with new equipment purchases. In the rare case of a malfunction, simply return the player to us, and we will repair or replace the player at no charge. (An overnight replacement guarantee is included for our full service clients.)

Tech Support – Our clients receive unlimited tech support, easily reachable at our toll-free number. Need assistance hooking up your player? Have a phone system compatibility question? Compatibility Guarantee – Nearly all phone systems and phone sets are compatible with Commercials On Hold, and a member of our sales team will thoroughly cover compatibility with you when helping you determine the best player choice. After you receive your equipment, we follow up with you to walk you through connecting the player, although you are welcome to go ahead and plug in the player when you receive it. In the rare case that we cannot get your service up and running to your satisfaction, you may return everything for a full refund.
